Aznu Media ("we", "our", "the Service") is an AI-powered image generation platform operated by AznuTech. The Service allows users to generate and edit images using artificial intelligence models through text-based prompts.

2. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service
• One account per person; shared accounts are not permitted
• You must provide a valid email address for account verification
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Create images that infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Generate deepfakes or deceptive content intended to mislead
• Produce content depicting minors in inappropriate situations
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service beyond normal usage
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

4. Intellectual Property

Images generated through the Service are subject to the following:

• You retain rights to use images you generate through the Service
• Generated images are created using third-party AI imaging models and are subject to their usage policies
• The Aznu Media platform, branding, and code remain our intellectual property
• You may use generated images for personal and commercial purposes

5. Payment Terms

The Service operates on a pay-as-you-go model:

• Pricing is displayed before each generation and may vary by model, size, and quality
• Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway
• All prices are displayed in the currency applicable to your region and may fluctuate based on exchange rates
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes
• Credits or prepaid balances are non-transferable

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AznuTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time:

• You may delete your account at any time by contacting support
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Upon termination, your generated images may be deleted after a reasonable period
• Sections regarding intellectual property and limitation of liability survive termination

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through the courts of Pakistan.
