Aznu Media provides AI-powered image generation services. Due to the nature of digital content and AI processing, our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our users and our business. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

2. When Refunds Apply

You may be eligible for a refund in the following cases:

Failed Generations

If the system charged you but failed to generate an image due to a technical error on our end, you are entitled to a full refund for that generation.

System Errors

If you were charged incorrectly (e.g., double-charged, charged the wrong amount) due to a system error, we will correct the billing and issue a refund for the overcharged amount.

Service Unavailability

If you purchased credits or a plan and the service was unavailable for an extended period, you may request a partial or full refund for the affected period.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are generally not available for:

Successful Generations

Images that were successfully generated as requested are non-refundable, even if the result does not match your expectations. AI-generated images are inherently unpredictable and results may vary.

User Error

If a generation was triggered by mistake or with an incorrect prompt, this is considered user error and is not eligible for a refund.

Policy Violations

No refunds will be issued for generations that were blocked or accounts that were terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service or acceptable use policies.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at admin@aznutech.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include your account username or email address
  3. Provide the date and details of the transaction in question
  4. Describe the reason for your refund request
  5. Include any relevant screenshots or error messages

5. Processing Time

Refund requests are reviewed within 3-5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method and may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

6. Refund Amount

Approved refunds will be issued for the exact amount charged for the affected generation(s). We do not provide refunds for currency conversion fees or bank charges that may have been applied by your payment provider.

7. Disputes

If you disagree with a refund decision, you may escalate the matter by contacting us at admin@aznutech.com with additional information. We will review escalated cases on an individual basis. You also have the right to dispute charges through your payment provider.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
